Waiver, Cancellation, & Alcohol Policy

Waiver Policy: You must fill out your waiver prior to your tour. You can fill out the waiver through your confirmation email or you can fill it out on paper prior to your tour. Please try and fill it out through the confirmation email as we are trying to eliminate our paper usage. 

Cancellation Policy: At least a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all tours. Customers have the option of receiving credit towards a future booking with us OR to receive a refund to their original payment method. Cancellations made by the participant with less than 48-hours notice will result in no refund nor credit. No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour and will not receive a refund nor credit -- No exceptions. In the case that we cancel the tour due to high winds, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued. In this instance, we will contact you by end-of-day the day before the tour.

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is prohibited on any Kayak Centre rental, tour, or event. If our staff/guide(s) notice an individual to be drinking alcohol or be visibly inebriated prior to the tour, rental, or event, they will not be permitted on the water.
