As a small business, we strive to make sure you purchase the right product in the first place. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to call (401-295-4400) or email us to discuss.
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS. Generally we will ship your order within 1 Business Day. If you need to expedite shipping, please give us a call so we can process that over the phone and box it up right away. We will choose the method of shipping at our discretion. We are happy to offer free ground shipping on purchases over $149.
Our site is not capable of quoting truck freight for kayaks and standup paddleboards, so please give us a call so that we can figure that out for you ahead of time. If you make the purchase and the freight charge is more than you would like to pay, we can cancel your order and refund your money.
Like we said, we want to make sure you get it right the first time! But things happen, so if you need to return your purchase we ask that you mail it back to us at 70 Brown Street. Unfortunately we cannot provide return labels or refund shipping costs (unless we screwed up, then we’ll fix it). Kayaks and standup paddleboards are final sale. If there are damages in shipping, we will rectify those separately with the freight company.
Need a different size? Call or email us to process. We will not ship the new item until we receive the old one, as it saves you and us money (and isn’t that what we’re all after in this crazy thing called life?).
