Just Strokes (Full Day)

This full-day Just Strokes class combines both the Just Strokes Beginner and the Just Strokes Advanced classes, which includes all strokes in the ACA Level 3 curriculum.

This class will cover forward, reverse, and sweep strokes, 360 turns, emergency stopping, draw stroke, rudders and stern pry's, bow rudders, advanced stern rudders, low and high brace recovery strokes, low and high brace turns, side slips, and sculling draws. Emphasis will be placed on edging your boat while executing these stokes for maximum efficiency and boat movement. These strokes can be very useful while paddling in rock gardens, rougher conditions or just looking cool on the water.

Includes: Equipment, Instruction and Lunch. This class is best if participants bring and use their own kayak.
