Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
What better way to start or end a summer day than yoga on the water! We offer both morning and evening classes. No yoga or SUP experience is necessary. After a brief introduction, the group will take a short paddle around Wickford Cove. Then we’ll anchor the boards and do a 75-minute yoga class! The instructor will lead you through a sequence including seated postures, core work, standing postures and of course – savasana! Modifications will be offered along the way so the class is suitable for every level.

Cost: $35 per person with board, $25 if you have your own board
